• Where are you located?

  Our office is located in Decatur, Alabama. Visit our contact page for more detailed information.

• What are your office hours?

  We have office hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, by appointment only. If you require assistance during a time frame that we are not in the office, please contact us as we still may be able to assist you.

• What are your qualifications?

  The management of Alpha3 Solutions, LLC has Associates of Science degrees in Administrative Office Management, and we have acquired a wide variety of skills in the workplace. Our company can handle almost anything that can be done using the Internet, phone, and fax. Some of the projects we handle on a regular basis are website design, updating websites, social networking, lead generation, etc. For a more detailed list of the services we provide, please visit our services section.

• Do you only provide assistance with the services listed on your website?

  No, our capabilities are not limited to what’s displayed on our website. Please contact us with details of your project for more information.

• Can I meet with you in person to discuss my needs?

  Of course you can! All you need to do is contact us to schedule an appointment. Remember your first 30-minute consultation is always free.

• What if I have more questions?

  If you have any other specific questions that are not answered here, feel free to use our contact form or send an email directly to: info (at) alpha3solutions (dot) com, and we’ll get back to you at our earliest convenience, normally within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays), via email or phone. Domain Names and Registration:

• Can I register my domain name before having my website built?

  Yes, you can register domain names without having an active website. When you register a domain name with Alpha3 Solutions, LLC, we’ll automatically park it at no additional charge. A temporary parked page displays when visitors type the domain name into their browser’s address bar. The parked page indicates you are reserving the site. After your website is developed, we’ll attach it to your hosting server. If you register your domain name with another registrar we’ll need your login details in order to attach the domain to your hosting account after we have developed your website.

• Why should I register more than one domain name or domain extension?

  If you’re thinking about registering more than one domain name, you’ve got the right idea. Registering and using multiple domain names is great for building your business, protecting your brand name, and creating a dynamic online identity. There are quite a few domain name extensions available to help you protect your brand, such as .info, .org, .us, .biz, .net, .me, and .ws.

Service Pricing:

• What is Alpha3 Solutions, LLC refund policy?

  Our main priority is to make sure each client we work with is 110% satisfied with the services we provide them. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work we are unable to grant refunds, but we’ll work with you to ensure we have met our personal goal of meeting or exceeding your expectations every time we work with you! Read our full refund policy.

• Are there any start-up fees?

  No, we do not charge any start-up fees. For some services and projects a deposit will be required before any work is started. Also, we require a completed and signed agreement that will detail the services Alpha3 Solutions, LLC is to provide you, pricing, project/service duration, etc.

• Do you have an hourly rate?

  Yes, we do provide an hourly rate, but it’s dependent upon the service you need. However, we encourage our clients to take advantage of our monthly plans when possible – which will save you money.

• How long does your consultation take, and how much does it cost?

  The first consultation is 100% free and generally lasts 30 minutes. During this time we will discuss your project needs and what we can do to assist you. From time to time we will be running promotions on our services and when you complete and sign an agreement the day of your consultation.

• Can I make payment arrangements to pay on my invoice?

  We understand that everyone’s situation is different, so please contact us for more information.

Website Design:

• Do you build flash websites?

  We have made the business decision not to develop flash based websites due to the many drawbacks associated with it. On the other hand, we can still build you a great looking website without flash. Request your free 30-minute consultation today for more information.

• Do you provide web services that are not listed on your website?

  Yes, we are constantly learning new ways to enhance our client’s websites and blogs. If you are looking for something in particular, and can’t find it, chances are we know how to do it. Just ask!

• Can I view my design while you work on it or before you install it?

  Yes, we’ll work on your design on one of our test sites or blogs where you’ll be able to view it and give us your feedback as we go. We’ll send you the link to one of our test sites via email.

Website Hosting:

• Why do you need the log-in information for my hosting account?

  We need the username and password for your hosting account so that your site files can be uploaded to your server after your design is completed. We’ll also need this information if you have contracted us to maintain or update your website. If you are concerned about sharing your password you can change it temporarily then change it back when we’re done.

• If I already have web hosting with another company, can you still build a website for me?

  Yes, if you already have web hosting we can still develop a website for you. We will just need your log in details if you would like us to upload your site files to your server.
